Support Services for Undocumented Students

Under the umbrella of the Office of Multicultural Affairs, the Support Services for Undocumented Students (SSUS) provides supports to ensure the retention and graduation of undocumented students at the University of Kansas. We are committed to serving our undocumented, DACAmented students and students from mixed-status families through a holistic approach and connecting them to resources such as professional guidance, academic support, legal services, counseling and psychological services, and other forms of individualized support. We strongly advocate generating a sense of community for all students that are undocumented or come from mixed immigration-status families. In partnership with university and community partners, we promote the accessibility and advancement for these students to reach their personal, academic and professional goals.
