The Support Services for Undocumented Students Committee is comprised of faculty and staff from key offices and departments across campus, and operates under the leadership of the Office of Multicultural Affairs. The mission of the SSUS Committee is to:
Empower undocumented students and students from mixed-status families to achieve their academic and personal pursuits.
Support an inclusive campus culture that fosters and nurtures intellectual, societal and experiential growth.
Provide individualized service for each student focused on academic assistance, financial aid resources, legal assistance, and utilization of a collaborative campus and community referral network.
Advocate for campus practices that treat all undocumented students with respect and dignity.
